Private office spaces with a private bathroom and windows available for monthly rental. Spaces fit 1–4 people. Ideal for small businesses and solo professionals such as attorneys, remote executives, therapists, and creatives. Includes access to coworking and meeting spaces.

Events/Rentals

The main level is available for meetings, workshops, pop-up retail, and events. It features flexible seating, bar, full kitchen, internet, and a welcoming atmosphere. Capacity up to 100 people. Meeting room capacity up to 18.

Workshops

In-person workshops and networking events designed to support business growth and professional development. Open to all with free access for members.
